Everything was quick and smooth. Very enjoyable overall.

This was a difficult situation. Sara and Allison went out of their way to help. There were a few others involved in this as well. They handled this warranty dispute with me and got my truck fixed.

I was in for my second service for a new GMC Sierra. The service tech did an excellent job by completing the service checklist and I was out the door in 1hr and 15 minutes. Also topped off the Def which they missed on the first service. Thanks to the staff for making this easy.

They fixed tire monitor battery issues and fixed back up camera.

Greeted by friendly personnel, took my vehicle right away and kept me informed of the progress and completed the work within the time frame they told me. Accommodation in the waiting area was comfortable. Work, (DEF tank replacement) was completed and covered under the extended warranty that was purchased when I bought my truck at Fairfield's 5 years ago. A very good experience.

Helped understand the truck and features. Very friendly and helpful. Listened to my request.
